Catalog Job Setup
This screen allows the setting up of any number of jobs for the ACES catalog. Jobs can include multiple part types and can make cataloging for a complicated mix of parts for a vehicle easier.

Jobs Tab
Displays a list of all job names for all jobs created and saved in the system catalog.
Add
Enables the creation of a new job, when clicked. Opens the 'Job Setup' tab.
Delete
Allows the deletion of a job from the grid, if a job has been selected.
Clicking the button without a job selected will prompt to select a job from the grid.
Jobs Setup Tab
Field that allows entry up to 40 characters to create a name for a job. Must be unique.
Part Type
Displays the part types for all of the parts that are saved in the selected job.
Add
Displays the 'Add Part Type' pop-up to add a new part type to the selected job.
Delete
Deletes a part type from within the selected job.
Add Part Types Pop-up
Click the 'Add' button under the 'Job Setup' tab in the Catalog Job Setup screen to open the 'Add Part Types' pop-up.

Search Criteria
Enables entry of a full or partial part type value of up to 255 characters.
Search
Click the search button, and the application displays a list of part types retrieved from the search.
Part Type
Displays the part types retrieved from the search.
Ok
Adds one or multiple part types to the job's list of part types when 'Ok' is clicked.
Cancel
Does not add any part types to the job's list of part types when 'Cancel' is clicked.
Catalog Job Setup Report
Reports the information from the Catalog Job Setup screen. If run from the 'Jobs' tab, all Catalog Jobs are reported. If run from the 'Jobs Setup' tab, the displayed job is reported. Below is an example of the report.

Catalog Type
Reports the catalog type the job was created for.
Job Name
Reports the entered name of the job.
Part Type ID
Reports the identification code from the catalog.
Part Type Name
Reports the part type name as chose from the 'Add Part Types' pop-up.
