Print and Preview

A number of reports can be run "in the background" so that work can continue in the application while the report data is being processed.

Click the 'PREVIEW' button and depending on the report:

 

  • If the report is run in the background, a pop-up will open indicating the report is being run in the background. A progress indicator may open if additional time is needed to generate the report. Additional screens can be accessed with the preview open.

 

 

 

  • The report or the screen can be accessed from the Windows task bar.

 

 

  • If the report is not run in the background, the report will be previewed or a progress indicator pop-up will open if additional time is needed to generate the report. Additional screens cannot be accessed until the report preview is closed.

 

 

Click 'CANCEL' at any time during the data retrieval process and the process ceases and the report screen re-displays. The 'CANCEL' function is only available when the number of Records Processed is greater than zero.


Regardless of output, the system prompts if no data is found. Revise the filters and rerun the report.

The upper task bar in the Print Preview screen is used to output the report.
