Stocking Level Changes
The Stocking Level Change Requests Report screen is used to output change requests with any status ('Pending', 'Under Review', 'Approved', and 'Rejected') until the record is deleted via the Record Retention function.

Report Criteria
Location
Determines the store location that the report is going to run for, opens the 'Browse Locations' pop-up. Defaults to 'Current'.
Multi-Location
Determines whether or not the report will be run for multiple locations. If the report is run for multiple locations, the different stores will be reported consecutively, with a page break in between each location.
Line Code
Determines the Line Codes that the report is going to run for, opens the 'Browse Line Codes' pop-up.
P/N Code
Determines the P/N Codes that the report is going to run for, opens the 'Browse P/N Codes' pop-up.
Start Part No
Determines the first part number to report, opens the 'Find Part' pop-up.
Note: Only available when a single line code is selected in the 'Line' field.
End Part No
Determines the last part number to report, opens the 'Find Part' pop-up.
Note: Only available when a single line code is selected in the 'Line' field.
Description 1
Opens the 'Find Part' pop-up to allow selection of a part number by the 'Description 1' value.
Employee
Filters the report by specific employees based on who made the change request.
Calendar / Fiscal
Determines whether or not to select calendar dates or relative fiscal periods.
Start Date
Determines the starting date for the date range that the report will be including data from.
End Date
Determines the ending date for the date range that the report will be including data from.
Line Type
Filters the report by line type.
Status
Filters the report by status of order point change.
Sort Order
Filters the report by date of changes.
Stocking Level Change Requests Report
This report is available in both single and multi-location format. The multi-location version of the report uses the consecutive reporting format.
Click 'Print' or 'Preview' to print the report to the default report printer or view it on the screen.
