Report GPM % Tab
Click the 'REPORT GPM %' tab at the top of the STORE GENERAL SETUP screen to display a page with report setups.
The screen provides several separate tabs for setup:
- Store General Setup - 'Store Information' Tab
- Store General Setup - 'Deferred Core' Tab
- Store General Setup - 'Report GPM %' Tab
- Store General Setup - 'G/L Export' Tab
- Store General Setup - 'SORO' Tab
- Store General Setup - 'IWS' Tab
- Store General Setup - 'Shelf Sourcing' Tab
- Store General Setup - 'Email' Tab
- Store General Setup - 'Price Change' Tab
- Store General Setup - 'Cash Drawer' Tab
- Store General Setup - 'Time Clock' Tab
- Store General Setup - 'Consignments' Tab
The 'REPORT GPM %' settings are used to calculate the GPM % and other GPM % columns that display on all sales history reports (LISA Reports, Account Sales By Line Report, Lines Sales Report, Sales Analysis Report, Invoice Journal Reports, Sales By Account Group Report, Price Plan Setup Report, Transaction By Hour Report, DMY Sales Reports).

Note: The 'REPORT GPM %' settings on the 'Report GPM %' tab affect the GPM % calculation for reporting while the POS GP % controls on the STORE INVOICE OPTIONS screen affect the GP % calculation shown at POS.
INCLUDE CORE IN GPM %
Determines what is used to calculate the GPM% for reporting.

Checked - If the 'CHARGE CORE' setting in the PRICE PLAN SETUP screen is not equal to 'NO CHARGE' for an account, GPM % calculation adds:

Core Sales (Core Price x Quantity Sold) to both Gross and Net Sales (increasing both amounts).

Core Returns to Total Returns (increasing the amount).

(Cores Cost x Quantity Sold) to Cost of Net Sales (increasing the amount).

Unchecked - GPM % calculation excludes:

Core Sales (Core Price x Quantity Sold) from both Gross and Net Sales.

Core Returns from Total Returns.

(Core Cost x Quantity Sold) from Cost of Net Sales.

INCLUDE ADJUSTED COST IN GPM %
Determines whether or not to use the Rebate Adjusted Current or Average Cost instead of Current or Average Cost as the Cost of Net Sales to calculate GPM %.
- Checked - GPM % calculation uses the Rebate Adjusted Current or Average Cost instead of Current or Average Cost as the Cost of Net Sales.
- Unchecked - GPM % calculation uses the Current or Average Cost as the Cost of Net Sales, to calculate GPM %, when unchecked.
INCLUDE DELIVERY SURCHARGES IN GPM %
